Click & Collect
We're pleased to introduce our new Click & Collect service at the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
We're excited to now welcome customers back to our on-site gift shop and post office. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has left many feeling daunted about spending time in shops browsing. That's why we are now introducing the option of in-store pick up when shopping at our online store.
That means that if you live near to the Royal Hospital, you can not only choose from our gifts and souvenirs without the need to spend time in our shop, but you’ll also avoid shipping charges and the inconvenience of waiting in for a delivery.
How it works:
- Simply log into our online store and begin adding products to your shopping basket.
- When you're ready to check out, select the new "Pick Up" option before making your payment.
- Once we receive your order, we'll begin picking and preparing your order for collection.
- When your order is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours if ordering on a working day), we'll email to let you know.
- Visit our on-site gift shop & post office at your convenience (see our opening hours here) making sure to bring a copy of your order confirmation with you.
- Show your order confirmation at the counter collect your items.
